Tanzania Carnivores

Eddie is a female cheetah that can often be seen in the Ndutu area. Together with her two sisters, Patsy & Saffron (all named after characters from the British comedy series ‘Absolutely Fabulous’), she was first seen by the project in October 2006. In November 2008 Eddie introduced us to her two cubs.  The cubs were last seen in September 2009 with their mother when they were about 13 months old and should now be independent of her. She has had better luck in raising her cubs than her sister Patsy, who unfortunately was killed by lions in 2008.

Eddie was last seen in April 2010.
